Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord

Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord

Statistiche:
RBM + De Re Militari worth it?
I love the RBM mod, but I feel vanilla troops (and also the overhauled version of troops the mod contains within itself) get too much armor too fast. By tier 2 a soldier which should be chaff, just the backbone of your army is already hard to kill with normal weapons.

I read about DRM and thought it might fix this, but I'd have to revert my Bannerlord version as well downloading the proper version of the other mods I'm using. I feel a bit lazy so I'm asking to anybody who's already tried them if these two mods synergise as well as the mod authors claim.

That's because tier 2 troops get a shield. That vastly increase their survival compared to a recruit. They'll also get destroyed by superior troops especially with RBM even without the RBM armor changes.

I don't think it is only that. If you fight units on the front line you'll use lots of them have plenty armor despite being the amongst the lower tiers. I do not dislike that armor works like this in this mod, in fact I quite like it. What I want toned down is the amount of units that get access to good armor. I went a few elite units in the army that are well outfitted and a the backbone of it to be just regular people.
What good armor? They all start with armor that's barely 20 body armor with the gloves and not even a proper helmet.
