Banner mod?
Is there a banner mod that adds banners for troops and also of the castles etc?

there is a mod called BannerPeasants and Bear My Banner that allows troops to carry your banner on the battlefield.
you can also download Banner Color Persistence and use the https://bannerlord.party website to create a banner and copy and paste it in game

Pretty sure I saw that they're currently working on adding banner carrying troops at the moment.
