acquiring Veterans Respect perk
I am near the bottom of the leadership tree and am no where near my desired perk. While it says I can gain xp by maintaining high moral and leading armies, the morale side seems to be more realistic. I am curious though, is there a set threshold for what determines when morale is high? For example, anything above 60 points of moral is considered high, and anything below 60 is considered low. Additionally, does morale build upon itself or does it only increase through actions such as combat or food variety?

I believe the treshold is 70. The higher your morale, the faster you'll gain skill xp.
Morale will normalise over time, but you can raise it with food variety and winning battles.

Gourmet can give about 8-10 points or sthing with food variety.

But yeah you'll really be needing to fight alot of battles, as your leadership goes up that does help morale, but getting it up there in the first place can be quite slow...

And like the above poster said it's something like 70+ as i had over 60 with gourmet and never really noticed it go up until i was passed 70.

food variety + perk = always high morale even after loss.
