In case anybody else is looking: it's called the 'character manager'.
That's what I do, too. Most recently, my character, a Sturgian, was awarded an Empire town. I quickly married my older brother to a nice Imperial girl and set her up as governor. Then I started building security, throwing festivals and building fairgrounds, and the loyalty is slowly recovering.
But that all takes work, and why do all that work when you can slam in a mod?
I noticed the loyalty drift mechanic can be a ♥♥♥♥♥ if you don't keep on eye on it.
Can't help you there. I don't use mods, so i don't know which ones actually work right currently. The perk you're thinking about for trading fiefs is under the trade skill, but getting your trade high enough to use it is rough without using cheats.
So I used the Character Manager to change my culture, but all my towns STILL have the -3 loyalty modifier. Is there anyway of getting rid of that modifier?
