Mod giving more factions

Do you know of any mod that works on 1.6.4 that gives more factions? I want a map with more, smaller factions each of them having less power.

I feel that the player can't really make a difference in a world where every faction can put together multiple 1k+ armies when you can barely muster 200.

I kind of want the opposite. A mod that would have the empire united from the start and you're playing barbarians struggling to remain independent.

got something much richer

install all the "True mods", that include True Limitations, True lord relations and all that True collection which basically makes the game very dynamic and not so dull as it is. Unlocking the hard locks devs put to make this game boring, browse into it, take a look into that, you'll see what I mean by its importance.
Get Diplomacy mod as well.

And then get Fourberie, its a mod that basically allows you to choose an underground mafia style path. Rogue or whatever its called in game

It'll allow you to 'realistically' build networks with companions and many of them, establishing in cities your own men network, overtime you grow and can influence cities and ♥♥♥♥ like that
eventually you can grow as a faction, and with your influence and the unlocked companion numbers in one of the True mods (which scales over time with your progression, real good n balanced),
you can grow into what other kingdoms are, in a realistic believeable manner and pretty rewarding too.

That eliminates our dependancy on joining factions and becoming dependent on their stupid boring ai
makes the game so much more fun

on top of the mods mentioned above, they all work together and runs fine on version 1.6.4
it will make the game truly dynamic and very long lasting with new factions emerging.
