update/write to disk issue
So I have the game installed on my SSD and whenever I update it will always use my HDD for some reason
I have room on my SSD for the update...

game is installed on E: yet my D: is at 100%

This is not a game related issue. You can try getting in touch with Steam Support regarding this issue.
