You don't. Caravans suck in wartime. You are better off investing in some workshops, but make sure they are in towns you either control or that you know are safe.
"And I vowed to return some day and teach those bastards a permanent lesson of what happens to racists in this world. Especially ones in foreign lands."
:)
I am getting around 500 from 3 industries. 200 from my wool shop in Baltakhand
I have captured 3 castles.
I am having problems with the loyalty of one, as I think someone burned one of its villages.
What is the idea here. Boost the garrison and hope for the best? I am struggling to find a decent governor, and I only have a single companion spare.
I am up to tier 4. What should I be looking to do next?
I have a pretty high tier army of around 150 people and I am hoping to conquer a town in my next war.
If you are playing the campaign, you can also marry your brother to a different culture wife and now you can appease 3 racist cultures. The campaign also adds 'free' companions (your family members don't count against companion limit).
I must remember to make more posts when I am drunk. Perhaps I can trade all of those steam point for some dignity...
1) make sure the caravan person has a fast horse and a good weapon and armour.
2) the caravan returns to the town it was created in after about 21 days.and then you get the main profit from it.
3) do not make your caravan at a town with a bridge next to it...bandits block the bridge area and attack you.
4) in the skill system perks the tax and sell buy upgrades effect extra profit for your caravans
Please do post more! I'm sure the dignity will work out fine!
10k per route those routes have to run for at least 30-50 days.... youre just losing money if they dont and with the AI being the way it is, you bet your king is going to delcare war every chance he gets.
but the sad reality is that yes, it's a bit strange how these caravams works...
