Problem still persists, I've also tried deleting the entire config folder.
Try changing the resolution of the game and back again.
Tried that as well, switched from full screen to windowed, changed resolution scaling, changed actual resolution, etc...
The problem seems to be that the UI elements are
1. misaligned, none of the elements in the inventory screen are where they are supposed to be
2. stretched, some of the items (like a pair of gloves I'm trying to loot) stretch across half the screen.
I don't have any mods installed, but I'm trying a different build of the game so maybe that will work. Stil have no idea why this occurring, but I did have corrupted saves after reinstalling the game, and I wasn't able to delete these saves in game and had to manually delete them.
EDIT: Oddly enough, this only occurs on the inventory screen and character screen and will only occur for one of them (i.e. if on startup it occurs on inventory screen then the character screen is fine and vice versa).
I've downloaded an InventoryUI mod to fix the inventory screen issue but haven't been able to fix the character screen yet
its probably specifically C:\ProgramData\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord/shaders.
delete that, then verify files.
if not, do the full clean install.

uninstall the game.
Delete all folders related to the game that remains after the uninstallation. The folders that might have files inside:
Steam: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord
Epic: C:\Program Files\Epic Games\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord
C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord
C:\ProgramData\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord
Note: You'll need to allow Windows to display hidden folders and files to see the ProgramData folder and its contents.
At this stage, everything related to the game on your computer is deleted. Now you can re-install the game.
I tried doing this as well but the issue persisted. It may be related to the steam cloud, as I had corrupted saves which I had to manually delete but they reappeared after reinstalling. I was able to fix the issue by changing to the 1.6.1 build, but it looks like the clan screen is now a little messed up but nothing unplayable.
I did a clean install of my game (uninstall through steam and then go back and delete any bannerlord folders from your PC), reinstall through steam and now all my issues have been fixed.
It's a bit tedious if you have a bad connection speed but it worked for me!
