Vortex errors when enabling/disabling Bannerlord mods

Whenever I try to enable or disable any of my Bannerlord mods I keep getting an error popup saying:

Vortex needs access
"steam/steamapps/common/Mount&Blade II/Modules/(mod file)"
but it either has too restrictive permissions or is locked by another process. If your account has admin right Vortex can try to unlock the files for you.

Please close the following applications and retry:
BannerlordStarter (22464)
BannerlordStarter (23544)

It does this for every file in the mod I try to enable/disable. I don't really know what it's talking about. This started when I tried to delete Butter.Lib and install the newest version. Any help? Thanks in advance!

Your best bet is to seek help where you got the mods from.
