Tribute Payments

Hey Community,
I have a huge issue with the tribute payments. I wanted to startmy own kingdom this time.

So i played until clan 4 as a mercenary for vlandia after i did that i broke up with them in a good way. After getting my first castle from Battania Vlandia declared war on me even though I had good relationship with them because i did a lot of kings quests. S
So by now i paid over 250 000 for peace for them and nearly every other fraction declared war on me and soon after made peace on their own but i still have to pay them???
Wtf is this system now i need to pay 10 000 a day and i am in deep dept, i can t play the game anymore.

I never killed a prisoner or anything and now i can t bribe someone in my Kingdom.
That game is unable to play if you dont want to read 1000 guides to not get trapped midwhile.


So the game is for me far away from finished.
Maybe someone has a idea how to fix my problem i am desperat after trying for a while

its not made even if you are best friends with everyone to not get attacked , if you want rebelion thats what you get mother faction and others declare war on your small kingdom , i made 2 castles and 1 city capture very fast and then vlandia stop all wars and focus only on me then i lost my fiefs fast , if you want a fief and be a king its better join as vassal a kingdom then wait current King to die in battle or by old age and hope most vassal support you as new king . but improve relations with ally vassals win battles and they will support you by 100% , thats how i make my kingdom and conquer others

civil war is more harder , if you donlt like it do what i do

Creating your own kingdom is just not fun at the moment (who knows if it ever will be).
Like you said, everyone will declare randomly war against you, no matter the relation you have with them. Endgame is not fleshed out at all. Basically zero diplomacy options available.

Ahh okay in my first playthrough 2 years ago i was a vassal. So i thought i will try to do make my own kingdom now, because Derthert just didn t wanted to die.
But should i try to get back to beeing a Vassal i didnt give the dragon banner because it didnt worked for my own kingdom.

Do i still have my castle when i go for beeing a vassal?

the mechanic is because you are small rebelious kingdom with small army and they dont want peace when they have more troops and no war with other kingdom , thats the reason they push your kingdom , i-mod is right wait for updates to make Diplomacy option, now making rebelion is like a suicide

Thank you guys i choose to give up my empire and once again try to win it with vlandia, maybe shoot derthert in the back in somr batlles haha might be better. Not the real roleplay but the best option:)

Never start a kingdom until you have at least four fiefs, goof relationships with several lords you can recruit and 4 full war parties.

Edit: and about 1,000,000 denars.

Or 350 soldiers, and they are all top tier fians or khan guards that can crush armies 3x larger with no casualties.

Then rush a few ♥♥♥♥♥♥ castles after you take a capital city and create clans for them

PS: Pass laws so you can field 350 soldiers as the king with a max lvl clan

You are too weak right now to have your own kingdom that people will not try and crush. its like when you get a city that rebels and they only have a few hundred soldiers you think hey this is an easy city to take for myself.

The AI also has some problem in my campaign. The Vlandians wanted peace and offered to pay 30 Million every day as tribute!! After receiving about 2 Billion I started wondering how much damn money they had but then I noticed that their troop numbers went from 11000 to 1000 so they are probably broke XD This may all be a bug and not supposed to happen,but I'm not complaining

You are not a king you are an upstart that has rebelled from your lord and stolen lands and started calling yourself king. This is how the world sees you for now. So you have to pay a lot of money for them to pretend to respect your claim
