Party not disbanding!

Hello it's me again. I found a bug that has been in my save game for a while. So I played this save game for some time, which means that this bug might come from an older version (but it is still there now!!). My king died and I granted the rank to a new one. For some reason the party of the former king is not disbanding, means I can just make 2 instead of 3 parties next to mine. Is there any way to fix that?

If you have the ability to grant kingship, your issue is mod related.

I don't play with any mods. It's part of the game to give the kingship to somebody when the king dies.

I'm sure you can delete the party or resurrect the hero and then disband his party and kill him again with the console

Can't really give much more information for now though :P I fixed a.bug that my companion was missing to today glad I got her back now. My companion had a holding bug rip. But heavily modded game.

I see you mean, a vote came up. Or maybe your character, which was king died, and you are now playing as a family member.

Either way, I can see there is a communication/comprehension issue. I shall cease commenting.
