You gather other lords to your army. They bring their retinue and bump you to 1k+

when you form your own kingdom or is it rank 4 clan you can get your companins parties to follow your, or as king you vassels... if they like you.

If you choose to create your OWN kingdom.. you cannot max out on troops...
Surely i can have alliances but they will not come and aid me. Its not like i can tell and fraction to join me attack a castle/settlement..
So thats why this game is not fully done..
I hope they keep working on it..

Do you mean PARTY or ARMY size? I haven't been to a point where I could have claimed that my party size was maxxed out. But I already had kingdoms where I lead armies of roughly 1500 men

Currently the auto-resolve is extremely biased for the defenders. So if I'm really outnumbered I lock myself in the town the enemy army intends to siege and auto-resolve it.

due to max troops on battlefield, same thing in standart battle,
Im tired to have like 3x my opponent troops, but see they come from back of battlefield 15 by 15, and finally fight as I had same numbers of troops,
too biased for the deffencer who stand near his spawn

ok so it seems you understand how to form Armies, but perhaps not how to Create new parties from your party members? once you create new parties, you can call them to join your army, along with whatever troops they recruited or were given to them by you.

if army Size is your main concern, just recruit & assign party leaders with high Stewardship.

and I haven't ever tried alliances, but I know you can call any Mercenary 'lords' that you hire to join your army.

ALSO, i dont know how running your own custom Kingdom works, but as King of Vlandia i can assign new Policies that increase my party size limit by quite a bit, so you can take a look at those too. there might even be some to increase the size limit for your companions parties but idk

I've had an army of 8k at one point. Granted, cohesion drops like a stone at the point, and you can't catch up to yourself, but it's doable.

start an army & summon all lords you can. I can gather 4k+ armies easy this way, do it all the time when I want a new city.

Summon your clanmates and friends, it will cost a lot of food and influence but you can have an army of over 3 or even 4k

You guys are talking about when you Join a faction, im talking about running your OWN faction. Its not the same.
When you have your OWN kingdom (own banner) then you wont have any allies.
Sure you, will but not in your clan. there for you cannot summon anyone but your own party

I think you just answered your own question? If you want more "allies"... then recruit more clans into your kingdom? It is expensive but you had a plan before you formed your kingdom yes?
