Report a translation problem
1. You start at a set age.
2. You have siblings.
3. You are given a starting quest.
Sandbox mode:
1. You are given choices for how old you wish your character to be at the start. (Note: If you're playing as a male character don't start at 20 years old as it's buggy)
2. You can choose where you wish to start.
3. You don't have siblings.
4. You are not given a starting quest.
On a side note, if you don't want to do the starting quest and want more choices I recommend the Cultured Start mod. If however you use that mod it somewhat breaks sandbox mode since it will ask you some of the same questions again. This is because the bannerlord devs copied some of the features from the cultured start mod when making the sandbox mode.
