Increase your clan level, get married, and marry off your two brothers.
You can have 9 companions at clan tier 6, which is not all that hard to reach.
And marriage will give you three more -- your spouse plus your brothers' wives.
Then the babies will come, and when they turn 18, they will join your party.
Plus, there is your sister.
That's 13, not counting the next generation. In my current playthrough, I have 11 wee ones incubating in the nurseries.
How many do you thing you need?
okay wait, i lost you here.
is there a taturial for this?
Atm I drag around 9 companions. In addition the "family" members, add another 6. With the changes in 1.5.10 where companions and family members can't die in battle (even though other lords can). I see no point in have more than 10 companions at max clan level + some perk.
In fact, we are supposed to have the promised pre-generated, fully voice-acted, highly desirable, Companions with their own quests, storylines and personalities. They were going to be cool and special and interesting and add flavor and the give the player the necessary feeling of attachments to characters they were interacting with...
We don't have these promised things.
So, we are supposed to just "deal with it" and accept random unskilled RNG hobos into our Clan and let them hold critical positions. Because... why? TW doesn't want to put in the work to create them? They forgot? They don't like us anymore? Yes?
Don't worry, though - They won't be around for long. Let 'em die and the game will roll you up another boxcar full of maladjusted truants for you to hire and equip. They're player assets!
The entire "Companion" mechanic isn't well thought out to begin with, especially considering this unplanned-for snafu. Without some additional allowances, it means that the player has a capacity of having maybe three Towns governed by a Companion with the rest filling critical roles in the Clan. Four Towns if you're willing to take on the rest. No Caravans or extra Parties, though, because you won't have the number of Companions you'd need to easily be able to access those "game mechanics."
So, yeah, go ahead - Choose which game mechanics you would like access to in your game because TW has made development design decisions without actually considering gameplay design decisions.
They do this everyday and they're pretty good at it.
It's a huge win and great experience for a smartphone game-app development company or someone who writes software for bathroom scales.
PS: Yup, looks like TW is hiring modders to fix things. Though, the modders don't know they're going to be relied upon to fill an unpaid and uncredited internship role for TW's post-release of Bannerlord. "Mods will fix it." :/
Ain't much in the way of tutorials, but --
Family members pretty much function as companions. They can lead parties and they can be governors, but they cannot lead caravans.
Your two brothers and one sister will join your clan.
When you marry, your spouse joins your clan.
When your brothers marry, their spouses join your clan. (But if your sister marries, she joins her husband's clan.)
Married family members can have children, who grow up to become clan members.
So be patient. You will get more.
its really not a problem of patient i just wanna know how the damn thing works
