How to sell an enormous amount of loot?
As title, how to as easily as possible sell an enormous amount of loot after all warring.

I tend to end up in a lot of war with tons of loot as a result, so I have to keep selling over and over again, even tho cities have all from 5 - 150k, it makes it very grindy to go from city to city to sell it. It's takes up majority of my time.

How can I solve this the easiest.

Mods works too if there are any to solve this problem.

P.S: I'm playing on 1.54. Wont update for awhile.

Don't think there's a one-size-fits-all solution. Easiest is to just visit villages and towns, buy up cheap stuff and dump all the equipment until they reach zero to get your dinars back. Maybe smelt down the weapons if you're looking to turn them into experience.

Villages have max 10k, which would take ages to sell since my loot is in the millions of gold of value. Towns, like half of them are fairly rich and clean out my inventory a bit but it's still tedious.

I tried smithing once, I cant seem to find any usefulness than if you wanna abuse the system for gold, but I already have plenty of it after so much loot. I tried last playtrough as a smith and even tho I maxed out smithing and smithed to hell, even made my PC crash eventually to me quitting it, since it didn't give me a single item better than I already could steal, loot or buy.

In best of all worlds I'm looking after some mod where I can just dump all ♥♥♥♥ into one inventory and some kind of caravan ( or many of them ) sell them for me, against a cut or some ♥♥♥♥.

The usefulness is that you level up based on skill levels collected and smithing is pretty easy to push to high levels quickly. You basically get free progress towards the next level, focus point or attribute point. ^^

the only way is to visit each town and village and empty there bank to 0

smithing is also a viable focus for your junk weapons

the suggestion of gifting junk items to lords for +relations is a good suggestion also

there are some mods out there that give merchants more money, but most mods are not working right now due to rapid updates and patches

Sell to everyone. Give stuff away as Gifts to other Lords if they'll accept it and you want to get rid of it, but want at least "something" for it. (Extra Warhorses are a good choice if they're an ally and will accept them.)

I've been dumping ("gifting") my smith spam on family members' parties and they've been selling it and putting the balance in my account, maybe same exploit will help?

wow, i did not know this, thanks i will start doing this myself lmao

makes sense though because money is tied to clan leader ( or maybe its head of family)

Worked like a charm. Unbelievable how satisfying it is to just dump all my ♥♥♥♥ on them. They so far has no limits, swallows it all and for several days I got daily income as high as 130k and then bit by bit lowers til they sold basically all.

Worked way better than I could have ever anticipated. Truly makes hours into seconds.

Thanks, much appriciated!

P.S: Taleworlds, pls dont wreck this "bug". It's glorious.

i do not think there is a bug here

if anything the bug would be that the other party surcumvents the traders currency cap and materializes some of the money from thin air,... . ....

still much better than rideing from town to town dumping garbage over and over

yes, only the player has an inventory. so when you gift an item to a noble party leader, the item gets magically changed into denars.
if they are in your clan, those denars show up in "party income" and will tick in over a few days. (its not instant)
if gift items to someone in your own party, it amusingly raises relations with them, but just stays in your inventory.

you can buy expensive items from cities to "fund them". like buy a 200k weapon or armor. then sell all your loot. then gift the armor to a noble party leader in your clan, to change it to denars, or barter it with a lord who has 200k -3m denar themselves.
there is some loss with this, due to trade penalty of course.

i do find that the gifts do end up in markets, i see swords i made and gifted end up in a trade at a town, at least this with normal lords, not sure about family in player clan

♥♥♥♥, this is amazing. That means you can buy bulk materials in villages now. So long as you buy at bottom barrel prices, your clan mates literally can't screw up when selling it.
Captain_Sahin Feb 18, 2021 @ 7:31am
sell the loot to your caravans even if they haventenough gold it will generate income
Ruffio Feb 18, 2021 @ 7:56am
Just take single high value items in trade to compensate for lack of gold of buyers, then when you run into other lords out there, try to sell to these again to them.
