Any Viking Mod/DLC on the horizon?
The old DLC is one of the best mods I have played but with this new Engine we should get a lot better. I understand you still can't create Maps but that is coming isn't it?

we dont know, one thing is shure though the original creators of the viking conquest dlc for warband are working on thair own game now so if such a dlc for bannerlrod is comming then probably not from them.

This new Game. Does it have the same scope or a totally different Game? Well as long as the core is solid I can't see why someone else couldn't do it. I think we have a solid base to build on (or will have at least).

Yes. And Genghis Khan :).

Btw, since this is a Turkish Game. I would like to see a proper take on the rise of Ottoman Empire. From small to big. There is so much potential here. I hope they can make it work.

Game is still in early access, I don't there think is much if any information on DLC. As for mods, there are plenty of mods in the works, but without official mod tools, any large overhauls like that are pretty far out. I think there are some Sturgia reskins on the nexus you can try to make them feel "viking".
Hope this helps.

P.S. There is one mod that managed a new map, but I heard it's buggy. As the modding community figures it out, we will likely see more of them, and they should only improve in function. That is overland map, not new combat map, I think those have already been done, but I don't know for sure.

yea, i too think that others could do it but with different developers come different design philosophies and ideas, it could be as good as viking conquest, better than viking conquest or worse than viking conquest.

to the game of the original creators of the viking conquest dlc: its a totally different game:

Yeah I suppose I mean if it was in planning phase. I have no doubt that all that will come when it goes gold so to speak. I hope we get more historical settings this time around.

That Post Apocalyptic RPG looks cool.
