admittedly that last one i do even more during war, but its still my highest priority during peacetime.
You play the game wrong :p
And some interactions with nobles will help bring back some of the living feeling the previous game had. In Bannerlord, no character is all that interesting.
In my current game I'm practically fighthing in all directions minus the one I came from. Travel, fight, travel, more fight. It does get repetitive.
Seriously, I've had totasl peace that's lasted less than a full day, and typically it never lasts more than a week. Heck, I consider myself lucky if we're just fighting one enemy. War on three fronts? Sure! That's a fine idea! Says the AI who cant figure out how to climb ladders, tries to melee with a bow drawn, and runs past scores of opponents because clearly what's happening on the other side of the castle is more important than those guys trying to stab you.
LESS TALKING, MORE RAIDING!
