Sisters education bug

No matter how early I rescue my family there seems to be some sort of bug concerning her education. The first time I noticed this she got no education options at all, so I restarted, this time she got one lot of choices. Both attempts were after fresh starts with no mods after the last patch.

I put her in charge of a party when she turned 18, and now, 12 years later, she kicks ass. Steward is almost maxed and other key ruler-type skills are progressing nicely.

Do you have any mods installed? Can you upload your save file to upload.taleworlds.com? Please include this thread's link in the description as instructed in the below article so I can identify it.

Uploaded a save with both brother and sister as adults, not sure if that's what you need or one closer to when she matured. Anyway you can get an idea of how much they are both stunted.
