How do you boost a project?

Hi! I put money in the reserve but how do I actually boost one of the things I am building??

it's automatic, as long as there is money in there it will boost all projects built

There are a couple of perks which also help, Steward @ 150 - Relocation (Boost is 20% more effective) & 200 - Forced Labour (10% construction speed). Possibly one or two more that I've forgot in the other skill trees.

These perks and their bonuses are irrelevant to the player because a player cannot be a governor. You could get a companion but getting them to those high levels legitimately is probably gonna be difficult.
