Arrow Deflection
Is arrow deflection skill not working?

I block with my 2h sword and it doesnt deflect arrows...

Arrow deflect
Hey guys, i got the arrow defflect trait (able to deflect arrows with 2h swords) but it is not working.

Anyone having same problem?

its not automatic you have to do horizontal swings to have it block (swing the sword left and right)

also the swing has to time correct with the arrows coming in

the perk is mostly a meme. the best thing in 2h is if you want to use an axe which can cleave through multiple people in 1 hit, and the 225 perk which gives you 25% armor penetration regardless of weapon

maybe it only work for bows/arrows and not for crossbow/bolts?

and here i for a second thought that i can pull arrow deflection in a Witcher style.
Sigh....a shame.

Apperently is some lame ass. In order to work you mush swing/sweep with 2H sword horisontally and hit the arrow in right moment in order to deflect. Its lame and hard as ♥♥♥♥. I too was hoping for some bad ass move in style of Geralt of Rivia. But no, devs dont want us to have fun....and this would be FUN.

I think the idea behind it is you're meant to go full swing monkey with your 2h sword and 'Hopefully' have a chance of blocking any incoming arrows.
