You mean vortex right?
vortex is basically the latest implementation in a long line of mod managers coming from the nexus mods sites. NMM is no longer supported
and no vortex or NMM won't magically make freelancer work with the latest update.
either roll back or wait until the mod dev updates it
https://www.nexusmods.com/about/vortex/
Appreciate the link!
I believe the dev is no longer supporting the mod so its likely going to stay incompatible for now. I wasn't under the impression that the mod manager was going to fix compatibility issues but rather the mod wasn't working due to not using the mod manager - for whatever reason, hence the question.
I'm a bit reluctant to roll back to a previous version in fear of missing out on the newer fixes. Been playing the beta and loving it to be fair, it is a shame modders for the game have been put off working on their mods so much, but it is understandable.
Can't thank this recommendation enough - awesome!
(unless im mistaken)
