Unselectable mods

As the title says, I've updated game to 1.6.1 version and downloaded all newest versions of mods. But for some reason I can't select some of the mods in MOD panel. The box is blured and unselectable? Did anyone had this problem?
I tried reinstaling the mods but same thing, checked the requirments and everything and still can't find out why is this happenig.

P.S. before updating to 1.6.1. every mod worked fine.
