Simply find daily experience and troop exp the slider wont go under the native 1, so simply click on the number part, enter your desired number for instance, native is 1, so 0.10 being a 90% reduction!

I could, but it would want it across the board for AI too... and I still would like to upgrade my troops, just having it hard doing so, so elite troopers get more valuable.
Would probably need another mod that made elite troopers real hard assess to kill though.
He's also looking to slow down AI, not just his troops.
I also always found it funny when you start out a new game, your men have ten times better equipment than you after a few looter groups. I assume they must find hidden diamonds in the bums of those looters or something that you don't see, or want to look for :P
