How do you auto-follow a caravan?
Doing a guard quest, thought I would just attach to it like an army, but I end up talking to them instead.
Is there a way to just follow and guard them?

not at this point in time, sadly.

you cant but you can move your party on the map by using the arrow keys and change time speed while doing so with 1 2 and 3.
I'd really wish there was an auto-follow option too. Maybe make it an option when talking to the caravan to 'join caravan'.

If you must, make it something to be negotiated if there isn't a quest, and if there is a quest, have it just be automatic acceptance. I'd also put in an option if you're not in a faction it's easier to negotiate into it. Maybe if you are in a faction, guarding caravans gives influence?

If somebody is still wondering, it is ALT+Click to follow.

Sorry to necro this but Nexodus, you're right the game does say to do that, but whenever I try it it just open a dialogue window with the merchant. So I don't know if it's the game being finnicky or it's just not possible at this time

It should work. Sometimes it doesn't recognize the ALT part for some reason (and in others it defaults to Follow for just L-Click).
