I can't interact with objects on map

Hello,
From yesterday i have a bug with map. I can't interact with locations and parties. I find some post with this problem but nowhere find solution. Can anyone help me?

Its old trick dunno if still works but try it:

let bandits attack you-kill bandits-you are able to interact again

It works, I've experienced the same issue two days ago.
I guess it's not only bandits but any hostile party/army. At this point, just open the console, find an hostile army, let them attack you and deal with the console to retrieve your previous level of troops/baggage. If the game isn't fair with you, you don't have to be fair with the game.
