Weird map graphics bug [FIXED]

So this bug has persisted for about a month and a half and is ruining my gameplay experience, I've tried doing a complete reinstall of the game, aswell as scouring the internet for possible solutions, but none have worked, I've also updated my graphics drivers but to no avail.

I really have no idea what is causing the bug and any tips/help would be much appreciated

EDIT: It seems that switching to a new version/Re-seating my graphics card and ram fixed my issues

Never seen that before. But try this... switch to different versions of the game and make a new character each time and see if the glitch still exists. If it does then it may not be the game but a hardware issue. Try re-seating your graphics card and ram chips. Look for any loose cables inside your PC box.

I have seen that in other games when people use mods. Are you using any mod(s)?

No, I am using no mods, but have previously. I thought using mods was the problem aswell, therefore I reinstalled the game, but with no results

But was it a clean install? Did you remove all old mod files?

I am having this as well, other features may include also 'invisible' horses, no hands or detached extremities of characters, or a single cone as their body. This with the map can happen after 3-dimensional scene and switching back to map mode. Game restart fixes such things for me, temporarily.

I believe so, I deleted everything in both the documents folder and the game folder.

Have you tried playing with the graphics settings? You might want to post to the official support forums.

Try enabling V-Sync.

If that doesn't work, there's a lighting toggle to uncheck in the video settings. I can't remember atm what it is, but it can cause this issue. (It's just a checkbox around the middle of the video options list and has to do with a lighting/GI scheme. Uncheck it, exit the game fully, restart.)
