How can I extract the full soundtrack?

So I know there's a folder titled "music" in the Steam directory for this game and it has a collection of .ogg files in it, but I don't think that's all this game has. BUMP - where can i find that one new tavern sound track that isn't anywhere on youtube. ive trawled through all of ensemble galatia's content looking for it too haha.
