Eliminate Vlandia/Battania/Sturgia
There's a certain point in the game's main storyline where you end up either facing three random non-Empire factions or the three Empire factions, depending on whether you choose to destroy the Empire or reunite the Empire. The quests will have a bar from -100 to 100. I decided to unify the Empire, creating my own faction. Now, I've been facing Sturgia, Battania, and Vlandia for quite some time now. The highest I've gotten is 60 on the bar for Sturgia, 32 for Vlandia, and 14 for Battania. Is there any way I can do this without taking their fiefs? Destroying their armies countless times doesn't work and isn't fast enough, but I don't want to take their entire kingdoms. I don't want to practically finish the game this early. I'm only 2 years into the game, and the "Azargos Conspiracy" quest is only at 1200/2000. Also, I don't want to simply use console commands to complete the quest either. Does anyone have any solutions?

Whats worse is when you do complete this quest all remaining empire factions will merge with yours, fiefs and lords, including the leader clans.
It's a little late now but you should have just created your kingdom through the clan tab instead of through the quest. That way you can play it more sandbox like.
You could just ignore the quest and play how you want.

Usually, the only way to finish these "eliminate" quests are to completely take all of their fiefs (without mods/console). Once in 4 playthroughs, I managed to eliminate one of the three empires that still had a single town left, but I think that was a bug and not intended.

Do you know if there's a quest after that? I wanted there to mainly be my Empire as well as some other lords from Vlandia and Sturgia (Liena, my wife, is from Vlandia and Sturgia is where my character is from) and then have my Empire against the world. It feels like it ends too fast. What is there even to do after you conquer everything? Petty quests for farmers?

I'll keep that in mind for the next playthrough, but I like where I am in this one currently, so that'll be for later.

If they are going to do a story then they need to do it completely separate from the sandbox mode. Like in the VC DLC. Needs to actually be a story. I don't even know what the story is in Bannerlord apart from to make your own kingdom. I think they should just scrap it and make the game completely sandbox.

thats not true. if you fill the "Eliminate" meter, it forces the ruler of the faction you attack to make peace with you - permanent peace i believe. you can continue to attack them of course, if you want to wipe them out completely, which i did, i wanted all my map to be green, lol. that being said, when you complete the "Eliminate" quests, all you get is a quote, something like "Your faction unified whole Calradia" or something like that, kinda underwhelming, hope there will be more in the future.

No quests after that as of 1.4.0. No mention of any changes to that in 1.4.1/1.4.2.

Uhh... proceed to execute every noble so that your clan is the only one in existence!

For the "eliminate the empire quests", upon completion you will get a message that the empire has been eliminated. In 1.4.0, it would literally appear every time you loaded the game (I heard they fixed that though?).

I've only played from the Eliminate the Empire(s) side, and the meter typically does not fill to 100 unless you have taken all of their fiefs. Source: Several times now I have had two of the three empires down to a single castle each and the bar will not fill to 100 no matter what I do (short of executing everyone) unless I capture the castle. My current 1.4.2 playthrough had the Southern Empire at 1 castle and the Western Empire also at 1 castle. They would not become eliminated, even if I was wiping out every single party of theirs. Then I took the last remaining castle of the Southern Empire and they immediately were eliminated.

huh, maybe they reworked this, my only finished playthrough was still in 1.3 i believe. its weird tho, even the quest description says something like "Destroy the faction or force it to make peace by capturing their fiefs" so why would they change this. i was playing as Southern Empire vassal, so my quests were Eliminate Vlandia/Khuzait/Aserai which were only factions on the map at that moment - maybe thats got something to do with it, and the conditions are different/more strict when you have your own kingdom, idk.
