Scout Enemy Garrison Quest

Latest patch "Apparently" introduced a few new quests but I cannot find any in game. Do I need to start a new Save? Also, Google won't find anything on the above quest that was supposedly added into the game. I think there were about 3 new quests added? Are quests bugged atm?

I just got one not long ago, you basically have to "sneak in" with a % of success but I have a very low % so I can't do it. I don't know how to increase and I can't really google it since its so new to the game.

I'm not seeing how to complete this quest. I made it inside the town but the "search keep" button doesn't give me progress and walking around in the commons doesn't seem to do anything.

I've figured it out.

1. Go to allocated Castles/Town.
2. Roam around it, or Stay still close to it. (You'll see something like "scouting has began")
3. Scout done, move on to the next one.
4. Auto Quest done.

Ps. Was searching high and low for the answers too but decided to just Stay infront of the gate and it just says scout completed. xD
