We never had much control over our troops. Bannerlord didn't improve the slightest bit regarding that since Warband. Yes, sieges have been improved - at least theoretically, since so far they are just a frustrating mess.
so if u attacked a town or castle even 100 simple soldiers could easyl kill all your 500 elite-troops.
i dont say sieges in bannerlord are super, but they are much better then warband.
there are 3 difficult lvl :
1) easy
2) hard
3) stupid
you call it hard, i call it stupid and other call it easy.
i think u never ever played warband vanilla / native and dont have any clue what u are talking about.
