siege troop control
During sieges, there is no way for me to control my trops, even if I turn delegate off it goes back on after start, then I turn it off and my troops are all messy, some don't even do what I command. Also can't even place archers properly on the walls due to the formations, have tons of archers who could literally destroy the enemies but no proper ways of positioning

That's an old M&B problem. Instead of increasing control and possibilities for the sake of tactical depth they just stick to the same 10 year old, superficial mechanics. They even worsened it, and i doubt that there will be real improvements to combat in those regards.

what are you talking about, the sieges now are 100% improvements over what we got in warband. plus, it will almost certainly be polished over the next years

We never had much control over our troops. Bannerlord didn't improve the slightest bit regarding that since Warband. Yes, sieges have been improved - at least theoretically, since so far they are just a frustrating mess.

in warband there are in every siege ONE simple ladder.

so if u attacked a town or castle even 100 simple soldiers could easyl kill all your 500 elite-troops.

i dont say sieges in bannerlord are super, but they are much better then warband.

I did for a few campaigns, then switched to PoP and other mods which are harder? Sieges in warband were HARD indeed, but with proper archers and crossbows and the nordic swords or some very good infantry not impossible. Also, in bannerlord, the siege defense AI si ATROCIOUS and defending is even harder than attacking. The attackers have 2 spots for siege ladders, and usually a siege tower AND a ram. meanwhile you barely have 3 groups of infantry and need to position them properly, but they always do what they want at the start of the siege and you need to run from one side of the town to the other to position them again. Not even gonna say anything about the archers, which are borderline useless because of the positioning
