Whats the playtime to get 500+ troops?
How many hours do you need to put in, on average, for a clan level that gives 500+ units?

as in your own party has 500+ units? not possible really
as in expanding your parties so you can put together an army of your parties to 500+ units? I've managed it a couple of times now in 2-3 days.

I don't think it is possible on a party, however you can form an army, leading thousands.

You mean like a bunch of groups that stick together to form one big army?

My maximum atm is 355. That includes all policies, high leadership and stewardship.
Problem is that perks for enlarging party/companion count do not work. As long as my clan reach tier 6 probably I will have 400 ppl in party. With perks not working hardly 500 is possible

My latest game is about 20-30 hours minimum and I'm at about 275 troops for my personal party. I've formed my own kingdom and recruited a few nobles to join me, along with my companions. Companion parties max out at about 90 for me at the moment. I can create an army of over 1000 troops if I pull in all members of my kingdom.

In the clan tab you can see a list of all your parties, your character is supposed to be on the list, there you can create a party using a companion to lead it.

If you max all your stats and get all the perks which increase party size and max your clan level you can reach 450+ soldiers in your own army. But can¨t event imagine how long that would take to do legit. Can promise you that you will have conquered the entire map before that happens.

But if you mean gathering armies from the kingdom you are a part of to reach a size which is +500 you can do this within a few hours of gameplay.

Actually you can wield 500 men I think. You can go over limit and they start slowly deserting. But you can recruit them shortly before battle. Thats what I do often, especially if they attack my castle, I take the garrison and beat them (as these cowards would abort their siege anyway).

It is possible, I have a saved game where each fief gives you +5 (either steward or leadership, or kingdom policy) or something stats.

I can have 1000+ troop in my own party. Also my companion who has the skill, he can manage more than 1000+ in her own party (but this is tricky, you cannot summon her due to less than 60% or her party size.)

Forgot to mention, I used nexusmods, to fixed the trait for character growth

Army you can create once you are part of a kingdom, either your own or as part of another kingdom, but it can be difficult to have enough influence points to do it.

Companions can run their own party up to a maximum of three parties (yours plus two others, plus your wife/husband as a bonus once you get married for a level 4 clan). These parties can be called into an army for 0 influence cost.

If you got your own kingdom, there are 2 policies that increase your army as a king. With that and Steward of about 200, you should be ready for about 400 soldiers.

On the bottom right, there's a button with multiple flags, you can click it; there's also the function on kingdom menu for forming an army, make sure you have lots of food though, all lords are freeloaders also take the distance into careful account as most fail to show up if there's a big distance.

More like around 320-ish.

My current party limit at 321

● Royal Guard: +80
● Noble Retinues: +50
● Stewardship (206): +51
● Clan lv.4: +60
● Base: +90

Stewardship is almost at the limit a 5 foci + 2 INT. So, assuming no more Stewardship increase, If I get to clan level 6, that will give me +30 soldiers and max out around 350.

A maxed out Stewardship of 275 will give you something like +68~70-ish. So the theoretical maximum number of a party would be something like:

● Royal Guard: +80
● Noble Retinues: +50
● Stewardship (275): +68.75
● Clan lv.6: +90
● Base: +90

= 378.75

The clan level could go higher than 6, but at that point the renown you need would probably have you play the game until you die of old age.

(ps) some of the perks that give you small increase to party numbers and such, when it's properly implemented, would probably push you a little bit higher, but I doubt it will break 400.
