Can't Find Rhomphaia

I've found them before in other games, but in this one its only on the battlefield where someone else is using it. Am I just going to have to cheat to get on?

It will be extraordinarily difficult to find in the game. Will appear in Battania in a town with a smithy (and probably a carpenter) with an extremely high prosperity. You can increase prosperity in a town by importing a lot of goods, but that prosperity will likely crater if prosperity outpaces food supply. Your best bet is to try to get it by unlocking plans through smithing.

They are rare, but they do show up. I didn't really pay much attention when I saw them, but now I grab any exotic item.

Daaayum, now I'm glad I captured that city for myself recently (such lovely and prosperous city, mwhaha) - my companions need that sweet, sweet Rhomphaia as well. Nothing better than a quality long choppy boi.
