Is it possible to kill all the lords in the game?
I've been trying to wipe out the Aseri by just killing all their lords. Everytime I get to where one is left, some other random person joins. Does this happen indefinitely or is there an end to them?

Hey this happened to me, actually. Aserai initial nobles are all dead, but the banner lives on because random lords from everywhere on the map suddenly join the Aserai for seemingly no reason, usually taking their fiefs with them. Their faction leader is some Tier 2 clan Sturgian dude. It's ridiculous actually, my relentless crusade to wipe out the Aserai has only led to their faction growing stronger and spreading orange all over the map, just to the random lords from Sturgia, Empire, Vlandia etc jumping ship and bringing their own fiefs with them.

However I was able to completely eliminate the Khuzait faction, not sure why no one wanted to join them, or perhaps it was because I didn't kill the "other Monchug" until last and she just defaulted to getting all of the fiefs, and when I finally killed them, the entire factions fiefs just turned blue, under the Sturgian banner with the helmet as their clan sigil.

Maybe it was because they were at war with Sturgia at the time and when they got wiped out, Sturgia automatically won and claimed all the fiefs or something? Not sure.

In any case, yes wiping out the Aserai through glorious mass executions isn't working out for some reason. At this rate I'm going to kill everyone on the map and the whole map will turn orange due to all the faction hopping.

Weird thing is, since I slew their faction leader king / sultan thing pretty quickly, his faction banner turned light bluegrey compared to everyone elses which are still orange in the clan. It's like killing him and wiping out the rest of his clan made his clan form entirely new colours. Probably a bug.

I'm going to assume that the proper way of wiping out a faction is killing all of the vassals first, and then killing the ruler lord last, but that's just an assumption, I only have that one Khuzait thing backing it up as evidence, it's hardly airtight.

It seems to just draft/create new people. I had some people turn into Lords later in my first play who were either brides I returned to their fathers or family members who were left in villages after time ran out on taking them to face their accusers.

It could've just been getting people with the same name, but it seemed more like it was pulling people up from the ranks below since there were more than one or two.

It is very possible to destroy enemy clans by executing the members. Especially mercenary clans are vulnerable to this. But when you mass murder everyone, the enemy kingdom will hastily look for stealing lords from other kingdoms, replacing the ones you murder. So you have to support executions by also capturing towns to really cripple them.
