Silversmiths
I know that you should create workshops based on the surrounding village production. But there are some cities that get grain from multiple villages but also get silver from one. Should I build a brewery there or actually build a silversmith.

Like even though it's not a lot of silver, would it be more profitable than a brewery?

It is hugely profitable since it's creates jewelry. But often the problem is availability of the ore so the workshop may lose production cycles. It is very important to make sure that silver Skalitz can actually supply your smith with enough materials and if need be bring silver ore in from other towns yourself.

Changing production costs only 2k as far as I remember.

Brewery in that town seems like an safe business, so you can always change to Brewery at some point if you won't be happy with Silversmith profits, I would go for Silversmith at first just for a sake of testing how it goes there.

silversmiths income too fragile to any supply line break and there is only one usually.

I tried building workshop based on what towns around produce, it wasn't worth it, the income was around 50-150g, building smithy or silversmith seems to bring 250+ profit

ive mostly built brewerys due to the amount of available grain, and ive not had an issue with money for a LONG time, running around with 4.2mil buying lords.Since started smithing thats money just stupidly easy.

Been trying to spread this around as much as I can in these threads, tanneries in cities that have cattle around makes very good profit. There is a Sturgian city called Sibir I think that has two villages with cows(?), buying the tannery there brings 400-600 per day, Tyal is also decent with around 400 per day.

Been playing a lot of Sturgia testing their troops so dont know much about other kingdoms but generally any city with a village with cattle = tannery.
