How to talk to noble prisoners?

I just discovered, I can't talk with noble prisoners, i.e captured lords. Some of them get even quest sign, but no option to tak with them neither personaly in dungeon (my castle/town and others, same thing), nor through upper right menu. I took some them to my party (as prisoner) - and get 2 variants - if lord is neutral (war was over, but he was imprisoned still), there are possible on him to start dialogue with him, but only thing he say - "I do not suppose to talk with You" or something like that. relations are +, btw. And enemy lord just do not have conversation option.

So, I want to know, is it just do not work for now, or it is a glich? Or it is a bug because of mods?

It's normal that you can't talk with them. At least for now.

Just want to bump one of those threads regarding this topic.

It would be great if we would be able to recruit vassals this way as well.
