You should play with mods !
Just wanted to share this thought.
I was a mod skeptic for a long time. I played vanilla over 150 hours right now and didn´t even think of playing with mods because of lazyness and thoughts like: "the game will break" or "my saves will break".
Today I just installed a ton of trending mods of nexus. Game changing mods like shattered kingdoms. I am having a blast right now. The game feels so so much better.
Just a heads up to all skeptics or ignorants.
JUST DO IT.

I am no skeptic to mods myself - had a blast with them years ago with warband and skyrim and many other games. I can definitly support your shared thoughts althought I did not yet try to play bannerlord with mods. Will come though^^

IT's more about testing vanilla game, not about ignorance or or being skeptic. Mods and M&B are bread and butter, but giving feedback or bug reports gets kinda screwed.

Once a somewhat stable build is released, I'll go mod-crazy. MB1 was probably the most fun game released in the past 20 years due to its moddability, just like Civ4 is the most fun strategy game.

I fully expect MB2 to surpass it in modding.

Well if you play with mods your feedback to the devs are USELESS

Not, it isn't. It's exactly because of your thoughts on the game that you install mods to address the game's issues.
All the mechanics I use mods to fix I have already given my feedback on long ago.

Wait until you try breathing! That's wonderful too

You're kind of forced to use mods by now to fix the barebones/broken features of the game anyway. Like yeah, play a vanilla campaign until your first crash and then switch to mods to fully enjoy all the little updates :steamhappy:

And regarding "feedback": Lmao. I paid to play this game, early access or not.

I did not pay to do the work for TellTale devs. Kudos to anyone helping, but don't try to tell players that that's what's expected of them. You and I are customers who paid for a product to enjoy it first and foremost - we did not pay to "test", it's just optional.

Well, they have enough bugs reported to fix them until winter, no urgent need to report more.

I'm looking forward to the future shogun mods and warhammer mods. Always added a few hundred hours to the game for me for each one.

not true, the devs have been watching the mod community right now and have even taken some ideas modders have and are making them part of the vanilla game.

at this point mods can be crucial for the dev team to see what the people want in the game, also you have some mods out there that fix issues which i believe this dev team have taken to use for patch updates and fixes. so i wouldnt say its useless.

I'm very lazy so as soon as there's a workshop I'll use mods, much easier to click subscribe then it is to download ♥♥♥♥, browse to a specific folder and put the stuff there

www.nexusmods.com and download the vortex launcher. from there you just gotta download the mods and activate them in the vortex launcher.

if you are not a very experienced user dont install any mods...

this is much more an criticel issue with an early access game which gets dayle/weekly updates...

Only if you are USELESS and don't know how the mods you install might affect your gaming experience.
