What weapons do they have, cuz I can only see a spear.

I'm not actually sure, I steer away from two-handed infantry because in my experience they never make it through the hail of arrows, but I think yeah, they only have the two-handed weapon.

menavlions and elite menavlions use a menavlion

in addition to that the normal menavlion has a fine steel spatha and the elite menavlion has a fine steel spatha or a fine steel paramerion.

at least according to the according to the spnpccharacters.xml.

however i only can say that for the latest public build, i dont know if it is different in other game versions like the beta for example.

so to summerise they have a long stick and a 1 handed sword. :)
