Sturgia is a slav-viking mix. Honestly though, it feels like the only thing slavic about them is the city names. Everything else is basically viking.
Do you know where i can find those hints?
I dont agree with you. Yes, they look viking ish and their city names are kinda nordic.. BUT their troops strength is just trash. So it completely removes the feeling of commanding vikings.. it feels like commanding a slav that is a wannabe viking.
PS: Sturgians can't be Nords/Vikings - They loose too many battles for that. ;)
not everything, some of their helmets and unit designs defenitely are not, in addition to that the lords of sturgia are called boyars. :)
There is a Nord mercenary group. Nords come from Nordland which is (obviously) further up North of the map. In Warband Nords have invaded Calradia from their ancestral lands.
Since Bannerlord has that early medieval feeling to it, I wouldnt be surprised to see "Nord invasion dlc" or something like that.
As for now, Sturgia is your general Nordic faction to go with.
