You have sworn not to attack?
I'm trying to attack the northern empire bc we're at the war with them but whenever I try to engage it says you have sworn not to attack? can someone help me with this

reload a save, next time dont make sworn promises that you dont intend to honor

Maybe you didn't notice, or did a barter, but sometimes they add in 'cannot attack for 10 days' or something like that.
