Suggested settings for ISLC against stuttering

Thanks to the amazing software ISLC https://www.wagnardsoft.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1256
I almost manage to lift the stuttering in mid-scale 400 men battles after tweaking the size of standby list and lowest free memory in ISLC.
Personal settings momentarily are
"list size is at least 2800 MB", lower value (such as default 1024) will cause ur troops invisible for a while for each battle.
"free memory is lower than 500 MB", comparing to default 1024.
My specs
AMD FX 8300 3.6GHz with 16GB RAM
GTX 1050Ti, win10 pro
