I might be wrong, but I guess Bannerlord does not have that feature anymore.

I mean the feature isn't there anymore, if you think of M&B as a whole.

If you need to wait, and for some reason don't want to wait in a town, you can just stand on the map somewhere and press the 1-2-3 buttons for time to pass.

yes but its not the same, it would be cool to take a visit to hail your troups, outside of battle

I hope they add the camp feature to Bannerlord.

It had both gameplay and roleplay value.

Idk if it was Warband or one of it's DLCs, but when attacked while in "camp mode" you started the battle with your troops inside of a wagon fort. Super convenient as it created a choke-point defense for your troops.

A camp would be useful to get healing bonuses like while waiting in a settlement or castle but out in the world. Otherwise you're waiting around with no ability to defend or heal your party. Luckily you can wait at bandit hideouts by choosing the "wait until nightfall" option which gives you the In settlement healing bonus but you have to leave or attack once its midnight.

An option to make a fortified camp would be cool too, like WF&S wagon fort would be fun

I agree. At the very least, it needs a way to heal you and your troops, without spending money.

if they add a camp then they should take a look at blood & gold caribbean for that, you could load into your camp there and then be in an instance with tents and so on with a few troops patroling around. that was very cool.

something else we can expect either devs to add, or modders...along with player owned hideouts perhaps :)

A way to position your troops in advance so that you don't have to set up at the start of every combat would be nice. Some mods in warband offered this in the camp menu.

you will be able to do that once the perk in the leadership skilltree is implemented properly and you have enough leadership to unlock it, at least the perk descreption sounds that way to me.
