Is it possible to aim siege weapons like catapults and trebuchets?

Ive pretty much only messed around in custom battles so if theres a tutorial i probably missed it

You can aim them, faster if you have a crew. If you look on the carriage(?), there is a red section with a notches and a bar on it. Up and down to move it, and thats what you use to adjust for range. Not that Im terribly good at it anyways
