Armor values are from version 1.0.10 and might differ depending on the patch you use:
the boots and gloves are decorated imperial boots and decorated imperial gauntlets (Boots: leg armor 24, gauntlest: arm armor 28)
the body armor is imperial lamellar over leather. (body armor 28 arm armor 7 and leg armor 6)
i dont think that the cape exists in game, with the cheat mode active you get every availabel item and none of the pelts you can wear actually has such a long cape on it
i dont remember how the exact name of the halmet is right now.
be aware though none of the items are the best in the game and the body armor is kind of mid tier.
