How to change bodyguard
Hi! I have been playing this game for a while but havent been able to figure out how to choose bodyguard - no matter what order i put my companions it does not seem to make a difference.

I've had quite difficulty finding good companions with high tactics skill (only found one, and looking through the "wanderers" wiki screen there doesn't seem to be others) but now has been assigned to my body guard for no reason at all, which results in him being unselectable in quests (due to being unavailable, probably as hes here right beside me than just passively sitting in my party)

Does any of you have any idea how to fix this; and also as a side question either find or "make" (level up) another companion so i have more tacticians in my party

Thanks

Go to city. Companions are all over the city. You can ask them to follow you. Also you can ask nearest follower to gather everybody (every companion in your party) to you.
Edit: They must have healthy condition (more than 25% health) and you can't find them at night.

Wanderers available are randomly generated when you start your game. I think more become available as time passes but you kind of are stuck with the initial spawn for a while.

For Tactics, you want a companion with the title "The Falcon" or "Golden" as they have the highest tactics.

From what I can tell, the bodyguard (the companion that follows you around scenes) is decided but which companion is the most "senior". In other words, this is the order in which they were recruited which shows in the clan tab. So whichever companion that is in your party (and not a governor or caravan leader) and was recruited the earliest will be your bodyguard. The only way I see to change the bodyguard is to remove any older companions from your party. When it comes to finding a companion with tactics more generally, I would point to the above comment about random generation and new companions becoming available gradually.

I'm a bit..confused...
uhm, talk to whatever comapnion is cloest to you and tell him" gather the companions" or whatever
and then.. it doesn't matter? or--- i'm missing something?

also- i'm confused by THIS:
" another companion so i have more tacticians in my party
someone answered how -
but- where I'm confused?
WHY?
what good is a tactician ...in the party?
Tacticians? you put them in their own warband... that's what I thought the tactician skill was *for*
-- again, i have to ask if I'm missing something?

Are those skills automatically used? Have to assign them to a role or?
