Pretty sure there is none.Mb there are wives with that not sure.Even tho engineering is almost useless anyway it boost ur build speed by like 3-5% and most perks do not work anyway.

There are engineers, but the exact first names and who is actually gonna spawn in your save vary from character to character, look through the wanderers in your encyclopedia to see if there is anyone with engineer skill

They start with 80 engineering at least the one I have found

if they have "the scholar" they're engineers BUT there's also another nickname which I don't remember right now that can also represent an engineer

The guys name is "Chaghan the Knowing", and has 80 in engineering. but this is all random in every game you start.
Wainwright, Knowing and Scholar are the ones I know about - use the encyclopedia, look under wanderer tab and just look at each one :)

"Scholar" is the tactic skill, not engineering.

I've found "The Knowing" didn't recruit because had all my companions slots filled up...
But when I tried to look for him again, he was gone.

IDK how to find him, since typing his title doesn't show him. Anyways, he's an engineer.

how do you know it only increases speed by 3-5%?

if it is a maximum of 5% the skill would be completely useless

it is interesting. I thought that all of us would only have the same names in the game

that would be enough for me I have found only with maximum 5 engineering skill

I found engineering to be about the least useful skill anyway, I can't see that it has any effect at all in sieges currently. I guess it may help with town upgrades, but I haven't seen it do anything there either, and I actually cheated to give myself 300 in that skill, and still don't see any real effect from it.
