Dunno, that's a huge jump from 20k gold armor to 615k for about a 14, 10, 8 increase in armor, that doesn't scale well with what has come before it.
I wonder if I can pilfer some off some party or other...
I spent 1.8 million giving my crew the best stuff.
One of the Imperial cities, I forget which one.
610k isn't too much of a drain when you get yourself nicely established with some fiefs supplemented with workshops and/or caravans.
I'm trying to stay mercenary/freebooter for as long as possible with my current character, not swearing fealty to anyone. So fief income isn't a thing for me at the moment. Workshops and caravans mostly, though for some reason one of my workshops disappeared after the latest update.
workshops dissapear if the city is taken by another faction and caravans can also be destroyed and lost for good.
Good to know, thanks, I think it might have been as I was mercing for the nation my workshop was in and it was lost then. The city had changed hands before but I wasn't 'at war' with the conqueror. The Caravans I knew about of course.
