wtf u serious?? but strangely if I am a vassal the Leader gives away castles/ cities ...

you can give them only when you have a clan in your kingdom and THEN conquer a fief. The elections started message will show and you can choose between the options. Otherwise if you are a lonely king you get everything and can't give the things you take later, unless you lose and reconquer them. Probably not implemented yet

wait wait so I understand I have a kingdom I am a leader. I conquer something I saw message something about elections in that moment I have to go to Clan or Kingdom and there will be the option to give it to someone?

Also in Kingdom I am the only clan with 10 companions, how do I get more clans in my kingdom?

You dont personally own a city, your clan owns it. Companions are a part of your clan. Try hiring other clans into your kingdom. You can hire mercenaries that roam the map. Even if they are working for the enemy.

Just like in Warband, wait for them to join you randomly or talk them to join you.

I just ran into this myself..but what is the POINT of giving them to my Clans? Does this do anything for me that is better than just having my own castle?

well POINT to give to clans is that they also have same income (of corce you look at 1 that you have inaff) and also to rase relation, also usuly den they patrol more on that region maybe good to let them manage killing raider around there place ?!

i was also wanting to give 1 castle to my fist vasal (atm tryng to get mostly citys to myself but was willing to give castle awey and no option..... way on kingdom i cant start propose on my castle IF in ruling clan... but i can wenn im vasal is just anoing ;P

You can have a vote to give one of your vassals fiefs to someone else.
