What type of Companion to lead a Party?

Me and my wife are leading a Party so what type of Companion do i want to hire to lead an Party? A high Tactics, Leadership or Stewardness?

I use "Lucky" companions because of their tactics but honestly...I question their general fitness for command. Those idiots tend to get captured very often.

stewardship companions get bigger parties, tactics, in theory, are better in sim-batttles.

Considering they do nothing but sim battles most of the time, tactics, although I use 2 of the lvl 18 guys and 1 tactics dude.

i gave my wife my army and she has never been caputred ever since plan to do so for my party aswell like +30 legionarys
