Also they don't need to remove it outright, why not just add it as an option so you can turn aging on or off depending on your preference. This way everyone wins.
Why would you play a save for multiple generations - there is only so much to do, and right now i can't see how you would not be able to achieve your goals within a decade.
I just don't see how it would work on the game's scale. E.g. in a Crusader Kings it's working without any problem, because it's scale is about multiple hundreds of years. But Mount and Blade?...
I really hope Devs will expand on this so you have more conversations and even see your kids running about.
