Propose Peace grayed out

after i made a kingdom and took couple castles all factions want to go to war with me and when i talk to a noble it doesnt allow me to make peace anymore can you only do this once per factions also in the diplomacy tab the propse peace allways been grayedd out

I think you need to speak with the leader of that faction and offer them something for peace.

yeah tryed that, but no luck now the kingdom leader is my prisoner debuting if i should kill them or not

Not the leader, but any of their lords. So far i could pay most of them for making peace. It costs a bit (10-80k)

If you execute him, the entire world quickly starts to hate you, but its one way to depopulate the world. Imagine only you are left, you are the unqestioned lord of the world.

Keeping him as prisoner means he excapes in a few day.
You can also not take him as prisoner for a bit + rep with him or sell him in the next tavern for a few hundred.
